The short version
If the patches aren’t working for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund the order. You don’t need to send anything back — keep the boxes, use them up, give them away.
How to start a refund
- Email support@tryaitch2.com from the address you ordered with.
- Include your order number — it’s in your confirmation email and starts with #.
- Tell us briefly what didn’t work. We read these; it’s how the product gets better.
We reply within one business day. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost. If tracking says delivered and it isn’t there, check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us. Orders with Checkout+ are covered for loss, theft and damage in transit and get replaced without question.
Subscriptions
Cancelling is instant and separate from a refund — do it yourself from Manage Subscription. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first order on any subscription. Later deliveries can be refunded if unopened, or skipped in advance from your account.
Exchanges
We make one product in one size, so there’s nothing to exchange it for. If you ordered the wrong bundle, email us before it ships and we’ll swap it.
What isn’t covered
- Orders older than 60 days from delivery.
- Products bought from a reseller rather than from us directly.
- Shipping charges on refused or undeliverable parcels.
Dispatch
Orders leave the warehouse within two business days, Monday to Friday. You’ll get a tracking link the moment the carrier scans the parcel. Orders placed at a weekend go out on the next working day.
Delivery times
- United States — 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada — 5–12 business days.
- UK, EU, Australia — 7–16 business days.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and public holidays add time we can’t control.
Cost
Free on US orders over $50 and on every subscription. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your address. International rates show before you pay.
Duties and taxes
Orders outside the US may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That’s charged by your country, not by us, and it isn’t included in the price you pay here.
Wrong address
If the parcel hasn’t shipped, email us and we’ll correct it. Once it’s with the carrier we can’t redirect it — if it comes back to us we’ll refund the order minus the return shipping.
Checkout+
Adding Checkout+ covers the parcel against loss, theft and damage in transit. If any of those happen we replace the order, no photos or police report needed.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you browse we collect the usual analytics: pages viewed, how you got here, device and browser type, and a rough location from your IP address.
Why we collect it
- To take payment, pack your order and get it to you.
- To email you order confirmations, tracking and subscription reminders.
- To answer you when you contact support.
- To understand which pages work and which don’t.
- To send marketing email — only if you asked for it, and you can stop it from any email.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the store run: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, subscription app, shipping carriers, email provider and analytics. Each sees only what it needs. We don’t sell your data and we don’t trade it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your session and measure traffic. You can block them in your browser, though the cart will stop working properly if you do.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tryaitch2.com and we’ll action it within 30 days. Deleting your data doesn’t remove order records we’re legally required to keep for tax purposes.
Children
This store isn’t for anyone under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Using this site
By ordering from Aitch2 you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t order. We may update them, and the version live at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We can decline or cancel any order — for example if a price is listed wrongly, stock has run out, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, you get a full refund.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. Promotional pricing runs for as long as we say it does and can end early.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. We email you before every renewal. You can skip, delay, change bundle or cancel at any time from Manage Subscription, and changes made before a renewal date apply to the next delivery.
The product
Aitch2 Micro-Infusion Targeted Patches are a cosmetic product. They are not a drug and not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read the carton before use, patch test if your skin is reactive, and stop if you get irritation. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or on a prescription retinoid, speak to a doctor first.
Reviews and results
Reviews and before-and-after photos are individual experiences, not a promise of what you’ll get. Survey figures shown on the product page are self-reported and are not clinical findings.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability we can’t legally limit.

Two hours of retinol,
visible mornings
An eye cream has about ninety seconds before it’s absorbed, smudged or on your pillow. A patch has two hours, and it stays exactly where you put it.

Real customers
trusted by thousands
Everything else you own gets rinsed off.
Three actives and three things that hold them there. That’s the whole formula — and it’s printed on every carton.
Retinol
The active with the longest research history behind the look of fine lines — held flat against the skin instead of rubbed in.
Caffeine
Tightens surface vessels for a few hours. That’s why the area reads less puffy and less shadowed after a morning patch.
Vitamin E
An antioxidant, and the reason the retinol in patch sixteen behaves like the retinol in patch one.
The base
Mineral oil, petrolatum and beeswax. The seal that stops everything evaporating off over two hours.
Not a cream.
Not a procedure.
Clinical microneedling uses needles that pass through the skin to create a controlled injury. These are blunt polyethylene micro-points that rest on the surface and hold the balm against it. No piercing, no bleeding, no downtime.

Before you buy
Questions, answered plainly.
Is this microneedling?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The micro-points are blunt polyethylene and rest on the skin surface. They hold the balm flat against it — nothing pierces living skin, and there’s no downtime.
Where can I use them?
Under-eyes first — that’s what most people buy them for. The same shape sits on crow’s feet at the outer corner, the frown lines between the brows, and along a laugh line. One pair covers one area on both sides.
How often should I use them?
Two to three times a week. The under-eye is the thinnest skin on your face and it doesn’t reward enthusiasm. Eight pairs at twice a week is about a month; at three times a week, closer to three weeks.
How long do I leave them on?
Two hours minimum. Overnight is better and completely fine. Peel off, press in whatever balm is left, and don’t rinse.
Pregnant or nursing?
Skip it. Topical retinol is routinely avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Come back afterwards.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Email us inside 60 days and we’ll refund the order. Keep the boxes, use them up, give them away — nothing needs to come back.
Better under-eyes
start tonight.
Press a pair on and look at yourself in the morning. If the crease isn’t sitting differently, we’ll refund you and you can keep the box.
